Why am I up at 5:30am when my alarm was set for 6am? Because my brain is not my friend, apparently. It's fine, I have to be out the door by 7am today coz I have to go to some damn training seminar somewhere, but still. By 2pm I'm gonna wish I had that 30 mins of sleep.
Yesterday was truly a scary driving experience once I got on the highway. It was the 40 mins of being stuck in solid traffic on the road
to the highway that was really annoying. You'd think we had never driven in a snow storm before or something. Anyway, I survived and eventually went on to have an ok day. I went to the gym and saw a movie with a friend (The Aviator. An *amazing* film).
And now I am staring all blurry-eyed wishing for a mug of coffee to wake me up (which is SO unlike me... I don't drink a lot of coffee... maybe once or twice a week, and rarely in the morning). Once again, if I can, I'll post a bit later when I get back to my own office. Be good while I'm gone!
